Posisi:
1. Chemical & Hazardous Material Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Management of toxic and hazardous materials and Prevention of leakage
Developing and review hazardous material list and reporting to government to category company risk
Identify hazards and emergency response procedures for hazardous material
Hazadous materials legal and regulatory response
Hazadous materials Facilities inspection and management
Developing and review hazardous material handling procedure
Developing and review hazardous material spill procedure
Lead incident investigation related hazardous material leakage, spill, release, etc.
Recording and monitoring that all of hazardous material list completely with MSDS.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
5+ years of work experience in a similar role.
Proficient knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
Certified hazardous handling material
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experienced & Capable as HSE Trainer.
Willing to be placed in Merak (Cilegon)
2. OH & Safety Site Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Perform OH & Safety site job risk assessment
Ensure and control the quality of JSA which issue by job executor
Evaluate and approve and sign work permit system for high risk job
Involve and control implementation CSMS especially pre work activities, work in progress & Final evaluation
Assurance compliance work permit system
Implementation campaign and promotion OHS program
Perform to Implement and report OHS audit and site Job Safety Observation
Control follow up action of finding items observation or audit
Control compliance wearing PPE of worker in the site
Monitoring that all accident incident reported as procedure
Manage and control lifting safety management at site
Manage and control implementation Road safety management at site
Manage and control implementation working at high, hot work job, Confine Space Job and scaffolding
Implement & perform OHS Training related safety in the workplace
Involve to implement safety proactive program to prevent accident (JSA, JSO, ASA, Grievance, etc.)
Involve and support OHS accident investigation at workplace and developing the report
High pressure gas and radiation facilities inspection and management
Record, monitor, and analyze Safety violation, Injury, unsafe act, unsafe condition and Hazard statistics
Involve and enhance emergency response practice
Involve to develop and compliance assurance of implementation ISO 45000, ISO 14000, ISO 9001 & PROPER
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, mechanical or related discipline HSE
Has > 5 years working experience in HSE at Petrochemical Plant, Oil & Gas, and Refinery
Preferred certified SMK3, Ahli K3 Umum, Ahli K3 Kimia
Preferred Certified Incident Investigation and confine space training
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
Experienced & capable as HSE Trainer
Has good personality and attitude
Willing to be placed in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
3. Sr. OH & Safety Planning Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Tasks related to LCI Safety & Health policy and goal establishment
Creation, Review and Apply of Safety & Health related work procedure & standard Document
Oversee daily activities of team members to maintain Safety & Health management system
Ensure that industrial operations are in compliance with local, state and federal Safety & Health regulations
Respond to inquiries and concerns related to Safety & Health management system
Responsible for conducting regular risk assessments
Generate safety & Health reports and maintain permits as per state regulations
Work with team to develop effective safety strategies to accident prevention
Review and recommend improvements to existing Safety & Health strategies
Investigate safety accidents and develop action plans & prevention of recurrence
Review and application of efficient advanced technologies to safety accident prevention
Perform safety & Health research and prepare research reports to Management
Provide job trainings and assistance to team members when needed
Stay updated with safety & Health trends and legislations
Not only the above work, but also the work related to the Safety & Health (working conduct required by the company)
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Safety Engineering or major related to safety engineering
At least 10 Years of experiences in Safety & Health Management in Oil Refinery, Petrochemical or Chemical industries
A genuine interest in and understanding of environmental issues, relevant legislation, and renewable energy sources
Excellent communication and influencing skills (Bahasa and English)
The ability to take the lead on projects
The ability to inspire others
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Good organization and time management
Commercial awareness: the ability to work within commercial constraints
Willing to be placed at Merak Plant (Cilegon)
4. Waste Water Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Activities to prevent water pollution and report management
Monitor and control waste water parameter (SPARING)/ TMS
Recording and reporting waste water parameter to government authorize
Assessment and analysis data waste water quality
Develop improvement plan for waste water performance
Responsible for the management of pollution and pollution prevention in marine and port
Involve problem solving for waste water issues or concerns
Prepare document and coordinate Pre-Startup Safety Review waste water treatment
Develop operational risk of waste water treatment and prevention plan to avoid waste water quality upset
Involve for preparation, commissioning, and start up waste water treatment
Involve to develop and compliance assurance ISO 14000 and PROPER requirement
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Environment Engineering
Have >5 years working experience in a similar role at Petrochemical plant or Oil Gas & Refinery
Proficient knowledge of relevant environment laws, policies, and procedures
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Certified waste water professional
Experienced & Capable as HSE Trainer
Has good knowledge ISO 14000
Has good personality and attitude
Willing to be placed in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
